Job Description
JOB TITLE
InspectorDEPARTMENT
Operations-CoatingESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Hold boards/panels under a microscope to inspect for proper coating coverage Perform coating touch up of coating under a microscope using various hand tools Use pliers, cutters, and small hand tools for various steps in board assembly Complete required production documentation Use of computer for basic data entry All other duties as assigned by your supervisor/managerQUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Self-motivated as well as the ability to work well with others Good vision and finger dexterity General knowledge of electronic components Strong attention to detail Interpretation of drawings specifications and instructions Good communication skills General computer skills Willingness to cross-train into different positions as needed Ability to work under a microscope for up to 8 hours per day Must be able to work in a seated position for up to 8 hours per day Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to read, write, communicate, and comprehend the English language Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and criminal background check Must be able to meet all physical requirements as outlined in this position description Must follow all company policies outlined in the EI Microcircuits Employee Handbook of Personnel Policies Complete all orientation and training needs as written in policy EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent Trained inIPC-A-610
