Job Description

Twin City Staffing is seeking a quality technician to join a precision-focused team in Mendota Heights ! This role is vital in maintaining ISO 9001 and Nadcap standards while ensuring top-tier documentation and client communication. Mendota Heights, MN Wage:

$24.00/hr.

Hours:

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday) Benefits of the quality technician: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Life, Disability, and Accident insurance Critical Illness and Referral bonus Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Consistent daytime schedule Weekly pay Duties of the quality technician: Lead internal audits and assist with external audit activities Support ISO 9001 and Nadcap-compliant quality systems Create and maintain procedures, work instructions, and manuals Communicate and collaborate regularly with clients Oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Support supplier quality qualification and performance tracking Train cross-functional teams on quality requirements Ensure adherence to industry and customer-specific standards Requirements of the quality technician: 2+ years of Quality Management System (QMS) experience Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or Nadcap standards Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Proficiency in blueprint and specification comprehension Skilled in interpreting and operating precision measuring tools Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong communicator and process influencer Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
