Job Description
- Quality Inspector / Quality Support Specialist II
- Looking for candidates with:
- + 1+ year of quality inspection experience in manufacturing, medical device, electronics, or assembly environments + Experience using calipers, micrometers, microscopes, comparators, or other measuring tools + Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and inspection documents + Strong attention to detail and comfort working with very small parts
- What You'll Be Doing
- + Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished medical products + Use microscopes and measuring tools to verify quality standards + Complete inspection paperwork and enter data into computer systems + Work with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues + Perform some hands-on assembly of small medical components + Assist with coil winding, machine operation, packaging, and labeling as needed •Nice to Have•+ Medical device, cleanroom, electronics, or precision assembly experience + Experience working with small parts under a microscope + Knowledge of SPC, quality documentation, or regulated manufacturing environments •Why This Opportunity?

- Schedule
- 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- Rotating schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on / 2 days off
- This role is ideal for someone with quality inspection or medical assembly experience who enjoys working with small parts, microscopes, and precision manufacturing

- This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $18.
00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
