•Friday Benefits of the quality technician: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance plans Life insurance and Critical Illness coverage Non-work accident insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Opportunities to lead quality initiatives in a collaborative environment Duties of the quality technician: Conduct product inspections, material testing, and production sampling across manufacturing runs Perform dimensional and physical measurements using precision instruments, calipers, and micrometers Support quality compliance, gauge calibration, defect troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives Partner directly with manufacturing, engineering, and product development departments to resolve quality issues Requirements of the quality technician: Minimum 2+ years of quality inspection or quality control experience in an industrial manufacturing setting Hands-on proficiency using micrometers, calipers, height indicators, and precision gauges Direct experience working with quality management systems, inspection protocols, and audit documentation Technical trade education, or training in Quality Control, Statistical Process Control (SPC), or Six Sigma High School Diploma or GED equivalent Additional information: Apply today!
