We are a reputable husband-and-wife chiropractic team with over 35 years of experience serving our community and helping patients live healthier, more active lives. We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys building relationships, keeping things organized, and creating a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors. What You Will Do Greet patients with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments and manage patient calendars Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures Maintain accurate records and documentation Support office systems and daily operations Help patients stay on track with their care plans and wellness goals Create a positive, encouraging atmosphere for patients and team members What We Are Looking For Energetic, friendly, and positive attitude Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable using computers and office software Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Self-starter who follows systems and pays attention to details Team player who enjoys helping others Interest in health, wellness, and personal growth Why Join Our Team? Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
