ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Processing assemblies prior to shipping by opening electronic folders and inspecting assemblies and paperwork Interpret and apply sampling plans according to work Instructions Document and record inspection information in electronic data sheets Use DMR process to identify any nonconforming product All other duties as assigned by your manager
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Self-motivated as well as the ability to work well with others Good vision and finger dexterity General knowledge of electronic components Strong attention to detail Interpretation of drawings specifications and instructions Good communication skills General computer skills Willingness to cross-train into different positions as needed Ability to work under a microscope for up to 8 hours per day Must be able to work in a seated position for up to 8 hours per day Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to read, write, communicate, and comprehend the English language Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and criminal background check Must be able to meet all physical requirements as outlined in this position description Must follow all company policies outlined in the EI Microcircuits Employee Handbook of Personnel Policies Complete all orientation and training needs as written in policy EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent Prior soldering experience preferred, but not required Trained in
IPC-A-610
