Opportunity:

Join a hands-on production team where you'll help prepare and blend coating products from start to finish. You'll work with batches of up to 300 gallons, manage raw materials, help keep equipment and work areas ready to use, and perform quality checks on materials and finished batches. Training is provided, and candidates of all experience levels are welcome!

What You'll Be Doing:

Dispensing and mixing involves picking, shaking, stocking, measuring, mixing, labeling and filling liquid solvent-based paint products. Safely and effectively use different types of blending tools: scales, mixers, rollers, crimper, compressors, power tools, etc. Has mechanical aptitude. Can accurately follow a written work order. Quality Control responsibilities include sampling, spraying and testing (both wet and dry tests) paint specimens, computer use and data entry, creating and filing standard panels. What makes you a great fit: High School diploma required. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly.
