In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet rigorous quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your keen eye for detail, mechanical knowledge, and expertise in measurement tools will help maintain the integrity of our production processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing operations and uphold our commitment to excellence. Duties Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers. Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and technical specifications to verify product conformity Perform dimensional measurements and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) analysis to ensure parts meet design requirements Maintain accurate records of inspections, measurement data, and non-conformance reports for traceability and continuous improvement Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions Experience Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment Hands-on experience with measurement instruments including micrometers and height gauges Ability to interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and production documents accurately Basic math skills for data analysis and measurement calculations Mechanical knowledge combined with analysis skills to identify deviations from quality standards in production processes Join us in ensuring the highest levels of product quality!
