Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented AOI Inspector to join our electronics manufacturing team. This position is responsible for inspecting printed circuit board assemblies using Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment to ensure products meet customer specifications and IPC quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, and experience with SMT/electronics manufacturing processes.
Pay & Schedule Pay:
$20-$22/hr
Shift:
Monday-Thursday, 6: 00am-4: 30pm Benefits 73% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance PTO 3%

match Responsibilities Operate and review AOI machine inspection results to identify defects and quality concerns Inspect electronic assemblies and components for accuracy and compliance with specifications Read and interpret work instructions, bills of materials, assembly drawings, and component polarity Perform in-line quality inspections throughout the SMT production process Communicate production or quality issues to leads and team members promptly Support SMT production operations as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Complete inspection documentation accurately Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1- 3 years of manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred Experience in SMT, PCB, or electronics manufacturing preferred Knowledge of
IPC-A-610
standards is a plus Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to inspect small components and work under a microscope Basic computer skills required Ability to stand or sit for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
