As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to help ensure every part leaving our facility meets the highest standards. What You'll Do Perform visual inspections on machined and assembled components. Identify, document, and contain nonconforming product. Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation. Communicate quality requirements and inspection findings with production personnel. Maintain inspection equipment and ensure tools remain clean and in proper working order. Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 6 months of quality inspection or manufacturing experience. Must be able to use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Basic computer skills (email, documentation, accessing work instructions). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent visual inspection skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with production teams. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Experience inspecting precision machined components. Knowledge of first article or in-process inspections. Passion for continuous improvement and problem solving.
