How You'll Make an Impact Receive, identify, and inspect materials to verify compliance with quality requirements. Support PPAP activities and annual supplier evaluations. Monitor processes, procedures, and quality standards for materials and components. Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to identify root causes and support the implementation of effective solutions. Analyze inspection data and information to ensure timely and accurate decision-making. Use measurement and inspection equipment to verify established specifications and tolerances. Maintain quality records and documentation in accordance with applicable procedures. Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement in all activities. Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background High school diploma or technical degree in a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing and incoming quality inspection. Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Knowledge of measurement and inspection equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Strong data analysis, numerical calculation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is preferred. Spanish speaking a plus.
