Job Responsibilities Test, evaluate, and document the quality of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods Perform process measurements, observations, and audits to support process investigations and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate testing records and quality documentation Assist in troubleshooting quality-related issues and support productivity improvement efforts Skills Skilled in performing and evaluating physical measurements, including the use of calipers Knowledge of test equipment troubleshooting, scientific documentation, and routine report writing Strong computer proficiency with Windows operating systems Ability to effectively use Microsoft Excel, enter data accurately, and manage electronic files Detail-oriented with the ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision Education High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred Experience Experience in a physical testing laboratory preferred Manufacturing experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
