  • Quality Technician 1st shift Monday- Friday 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

  • Your Role on
Our Team:
  • _The Quality Technician is responsible for inspecting the quality of product and material, following procedures to ensure part and material conformance per specifications. The Quality Technician should be driven to seek out, disposition, and correct problems, and can work with minimum supervision. _
  • You'll be
DISRUPTIVE
through these duties and responsibilities:
  • + Inspect material and parts per quality specification after being received + Update WI for reworks and job quotes + Create and carry out appropriate sampling plans + Assist in training employees on new jobs as needed + Set-up and maintain rework stations + Assist with overseeing rework projects and document rework output + Use lab equipment for gage calibration and auditing parts + Manage calibration recordkeeping and update records on system + Take appropriate corrective action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction + Create and complete NCR's, SCAR's and CAR's and enter information into HQMS system + Perform product and workplace audits with documented results + Control scrapped or rejected parts until disposition is determined + Collect and prepare samples for shipment or testing + Use gauges and other equipment to measure tolerances and dimensions + Ability to use mobile equipment (including stock picker/inventory truck) to perform stock checks and sample test + Practice 5S and Safety + Able to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned •The TOOLS you'll bring with you:•+ High School or GED diploma required •
