At Sun Mountain Sports, we build premium golf products that golfers trust on every round. The Quality Assurance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, performance, and customer satisfaction. The wage range for this position is $24- 29/hour.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Duties/Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming products, components, and materials for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Perform detailed quality checks on golf bags, carts, outerwear, and other Sun Mountain products before shipment.
- Identify, document, and report product defects, inconsistencies, or damage.
- Verify product labeling, packaging, and order accuracy.
- Maintain quality records and inspection documentation.
- Work closely with assembly, transport, inventory, and shipping teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support root-cause investigations and corrective action processes.
- Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory counts, and other warehouse duties as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Previous warehouse, quality assurance, manufacturing, or inspection experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Ability to follow written procedures and quality standards.
- Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
- Quality Technician certification (or equivalent certification) or minimum of 3 years' experience in quality assurance, quality control or manufacturing operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move products throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
