Rocky Mountain Twist is seeking a Quality SPC Specialist to support our manufacturing quality systems and help ensure our products consistently meet customer expectations and industry standards. In this role, you will use Statistical Process Control (SPC), quality tools, and analytical skills to monitor manufacturing performance, investigate quality concerns, support inspection processes, and help drive continuous improvement across the organization. What You'll Do As a Quality SPC Specialist, you will: Monitor manufacturing processes using Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques. Analyze process data and provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual quality reports to department managers. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to define and document product quality requirements. Support manufacturing cells with quality tools, guidance, and process improvement initiatives. Develop and improve inspection methods in partnership with Engineering. Manage quality documentation and maintain accurate records. Verify calibration status of measuring equipment and coordinate annual calibration activities. Investigate internal and supplier non-conformance issues and track corrective actions through resolution. Ensure incoming materials meet specifications and communicate quality concerns with suppliers and customers when necessary. Coordinate the purchase, maintenance, and repair of measuring and inspection equipment. Provide technical support during failure investigations, product testing, manufacturing inspections, and continuous improvement projects. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience with quality systems, SPC, data analysis, or manufacturing quality control preferred. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements. Experience with measuring equipment and calibration processes is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data reporting tools. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
