Day Shift:

6:00 AM - 6:30

PM Night Shift:

Monitor production lines and identify food safety or quality concerns. Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and respond to deviations. Perform sanitation inspections and verification activities. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Verify labels, date codes, fill levels, and packaging specifications. Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality compliance. Collect and maintain production samples and quality records. Collaborate with Production, Blending, Sanitation, and Laboratory teams to maximize uptime while maintaining quality standards. Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Cross-train in additional quality-related functions as needed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing quality environment.
