Shift Patterns 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday 3:30p - 2a Mandatory Overtime as needed Friday & Saturday Pay Rates 18.25 USD hourly Requirements As a Fabrication Machine Operator you will need to have: Previous experience in manufacturing, specifically with metal fabrication equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and technical drawings. Capability to stand for long periods and frequently lift heavy materials (often up to 50 pounds). Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and good communication skills. As a Fabrication Machine Operator, it would be desirable to have: Role of a Fabrication Machine Operator Operate and maintain fabrication machinery. Perform quality checks on finished products.
