Job Title:
Quality Control Technician (Solids Lab) -
Night Shift Schedule:
12-Hour Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
Training:
First two weeks on a 12-hour day shift schedule Position Overview Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking Quality Control Technicians to support laboratory operations within a solids manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for conducting quality testing, documenting results, and ensuring products meet established specifications and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates as well as experienced quality professionals looking to grow their careers in a laboratory setting. Key Responsibilities
+ Perform routine quality control testing and inspections on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
+ Record and maintain accurate quality data and laboratory documentation.
+ Identify and communicate quality concerns or out-of-specification results.
+ Follow established laboratory procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
+ Support investigations and corrective actions related to quality issues.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. QualificationsMinimum Requirements
+ Associate degree in a scientific, technical, or related field with prior quality experience, OR
+ Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Quality Assurance, Food Science, or another related scientific discipline. Preferred Qualifications
+ Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, manufacturing, or laboratory environments.
+ Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
+ Ability to follow procedures and work independently.
+ Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience. Schedule Information
+ Regular schedule is a 12-hour night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
+ Training will be conducted on a 12-hour day shift schedule for approximately two weeks before transitioning to nights. Why Apply?

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
