Job Description
Quality Control Technician Second Shift (4:00 pm- 12:00 am) Quality Control Technician
POSITION SUMMARY
The QC auditor/technician performs basic quality checks and techniques spelled out by the process specifications to ensure no non-conforming product gets to the customer. They will also perform random audits on processes, packing and on packed boxes to evaluate the associates awareness and quality. Must be able to cross train and perform all the different functions of the job functions. The Head QC tech is also responsible for verifying the accuracy of the QC techs as well as for normal daily communication.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Perform basic quality techniques, possibly including calibration. 2.Track, analyze and report on materials, processes and products to ensure they meet the Company's quality standards. 3. Review reports for data accuracy. 4. Ensure all QC documents are filled out as needed for all reports. 5. Maintain all quality data, documentation and records required. 6. Assist the Quality supervisor in the distribution of all measuring equipment as well as calibration requirements. 7. Ensure evaluation of material is being done to specified standard on each Work Order. 8. Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems. 9. Help maintain a clean, organized and safe workplace throughout the inspection process. 10 Report to the Quality Supervisor on a daily basis. Report all issues related to job duties immediately for documentation and response. 11. Randomly audit packing to evaluate associate's knowledge and conformance to quality, as well as verification of box counts, defective parts and correct labeling. 12. Randomly audit machines to verify process is running to the correct process specs. 13. Verification of all parts, box counts and labels of all products shipped from CCS. 14. Cross-train on all functions. 15. Computer experienceJob Type:
