As a Deviation Investigator, you will be part of the Quality & Compliance team supporting Quality Assurance and cross-functional operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, which will align successfully in the organization.

$40 to $50 p/h on w-2
Duration:
12 month contract Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule. What's the Job? Identify and document deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, or regulatory guidelines. Conduct thorough investigations to determine the root cause of deviations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). Maintain accurate and detailed records of all deviations, investigations, and CAPAs. Prepare and present deviation reports to management and regulatory authorities as required, ensuring documentation follows Good Documentation Practices (GDP). What's Needed? Experience in a regulated industry and/or a cGMP environment, with hands-on deviation management exposure. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to deviation management. Strong attention to detail, technical writing ability, and analytical/problem-solving skills. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and during audits.
