Primary Objective:
As a Final Inspector Coordinator, you will serve as a lead for the Final Inspection team and will be responsible for visually and mechanically inspecting components, accessories, detail parts and finished assemblies manufactured by or purchased for PCB. Additionally, you will maintain detailed records for ensuring lot traceability of materials by manufacturing. and be responsible for maintaining system in accordance with procedures. Major Areas of Accountability Promotes teamwork, cooperation and commitment to Total Customer Satisfaction amongst team members. Trains new employees in inspection processes according to documented procedures. Assigns work needed to Final Inspectors and oversees the inspection of products. Coordinates time off with the Final Inspection Supervisor to ensure adequate department coverage. Monitors and controls the inspection priorities based on customer orders, stocking lHigh School graduate or AAS degree preferred. Training in basic statistics & problem solving.evels and direction from the Final Inspection Supervisor. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education H.S diploma or AAS degree preferred. Experience Special Processes Minimum 5 years of experience in an inspection function. Familiarity with all Final Inspection processes. Working knowledge of BusinessSystem, Microsoft Suites (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Travel Requirements As needed Preferred Qualifications Education High School graduate or AAS degree preferred. Training in basic statistics & problem solving. Experience Minimum of 3 years of inspection experience

Eye Test:
Jaeger Card; J2 or better, measured at a distance of 16 inches or greater; minimum 20/30 required in both eyes with or without corrective lenses. International Traffic in Arms Regulations This position requires access to controlled technology as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730 et. seq.) and technical data as defined in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 C.F.R, Chapter 1, Subchapter M).
