Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Glue Line Quality Control Associate, where your keen eye for detail and passion for quality will drive excellence in our production processes. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all glue lines meet strict quality standards, adhering to industry regulations and company specifications. Your proactive approach will help maintain the integrity of our products, support continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold our commitment to delivering top-tier solutions to our customers. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in quality systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of finished products using precision and vision inspection systems to verify adherence to quality specifications. Analyze data collected during inspections to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process improvements. Collaborate with production teams to address non-conformances swiftly and implement corrective actions that uphold quality assurance (QA/QC) standard Experience Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing setting, preferably involving adhesives or similar materials. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and recommend effective corrective actions. Excellent attention to detail combined with proactive problem-solving abilities to ensure consistent product quality. Pay:
