Overview We are seeking skilled Machine Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts to join our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating various machinery with precision, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe work environment. Candidates should possess a strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing processes, including CNC programming, blueprint reading, and fabrication techniques 3 to 5 years' experience in manufacturing and production.

Technical Knowledge:

Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting complex machinery; technical training or certifications a plus. Quality Assurance 2-3 years of experience.

Problem-Solving:

Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills.

Output:

Proven record of consistent, high-quality production.

Interpersonal Skills:

Team-oriented with the ability to mentor and guide others.

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.
