Overview We're seeking experienced Machine Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate machinery safely and efficiently while ensuring products meet quality standards. Candidates should have strong mechanical skills and experience with manufacturing processes, including CNC programming, blueprint reading, and fabrication . Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety are essential. 3 to 5 years' experience in manufacturing and production.

Technical Knowledge:

Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting complex machinery; technical training or certifications a plus. Quality Assurance 2-3 years of experience.

Problem-Solving:

Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills.

Output:

Proven record of consistent, high-quality production.

Interpersonal Skills:

Team-oriented with the ability to mentor and guide others.

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.
