  • Thursday Training Requirement:
    Must be willing to train on 1st Shift (5:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM) Training will continue until the employee is fully qualified for independent operation Duration of training may vary based on production needs and individual progress Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Textile Machine Operator to support manufacturing operations at our Monroe, NC facility.
This position is responsible for operating textile production equipment, monitoring quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Paid training will be provided on 1st shift, with the permanent assignment on 2nd shift. This role is ideal for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and interested in building skills in a manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Operate textile manufacturing machinery in accordance with established procedures Monitor equipment performance and product quality during production Load materials and remove finished product safely and efficiently Perform routine checks and basic adjustments to ensure consistent operation Identify and report any equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety, quality, and production standards Accurately complete required production paperwork and documentation Qualifications & Requirements Ability to safely operate machinery after training Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to train on 1st shift prior to transitioning to 2nd shift Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods Ability to lift, push, or pull materials as required during the production process Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and moving equipment Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) #hc232578
