As a Quality Control Associate, youll help ensure our products meet company standards while contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of our operations. What Youll Be Doing Stay self-motivated and follow directions with confidenceMaintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasksClean and process textile products coming off laser equipment, including use of washing machinesPerform visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are metIdentify issues and support solutions to improve efficiencyWork both independently and as part of a collaborative team What Were Looking For Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to stay focused and consistent in a production environmentTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to learnAbility to follow instructions and meet expectations Education & Experience High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious manufacturing or quality experience is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 2550 lbs as neededComfortable working around production equipment Benefits Health, Dental & Vision InsurancePaid Time Off + Holidays401(k) with Company Match Why Join Us?
