What You'll Do as a Cell One Operator (Fabrication Machine Operator): Operate a variety of fabrication equipment to process raw materials into production-ready components. Read work instructions, blueprints, and production documents to complete jobs accurately. Measure and inspect materials throughout the fabrication process to ensure quality standards are met. Set up and operate cutting, drilling, forming, and shaping equipment while maintaining production efficiency. Perform routine quality checks to verify dimensions, fit, and finished part accuracy. Safely move materials using overhead cranes or forklifts as needed. Monitor equipment performance and perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting. Work closely with production, engineering, and materials teams to keep jobs moving on schedule. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures. Preferred Candidate:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, machining, or industrial production is a plus. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Experience operating fabrication equipment such as saws, plasma cutters, waterjets, brake presses, shears, or similar machinery is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn new equipment and processes. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to safely operate or learn overhead crane and forklift equipment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple production tasks in a fast-paced environment.
