Job Description Shift:
1st shift Maintains quality assurance processes, tests product samples, analyzes/records results data and reports issues that deviate from allowable standards/tolerances. Dunk Tank, Water Wall, CTQ, CFA, NDF, QC Flag Process, NCR, QPS, 5S, Kaizen Continuous Improvement. Performs CTQ Audits using Safety Culture on Tablet PC Performs CFA Audits using Safety Culture on Tablet PC Trains Operators to comply with No Defect Forward (NDF) Conduct Frame Weld Strength Testing, as required Perform all quality testing as required by AAMA specifications Perform functional and fabrication checks as required by standard practice Report issues deviating from allowable tolerances. Generate NCR using Tablet PC. Use Tablet PC to perform quality audits and generate Non-Conforming Reports (NCR) Research and compile data using Safety Culture and Excel, as requested Utilize band saw to cut pieces as needed for impact testing and weld strength testing Perform 100% EOLI on vinyl lines, rotating to a different line every 2 weeks. Perform Dunk Tank / Water Wall Tests. Assist Leadership determine root cause of issues using QPS 5 Whys quick problem-solving process. Maintain cleanliness, sweep area as needed Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to read and write, use Outlook and Excel on Tablet PC. 1 year of manufacturing experience in Windows Manufacturing. Ability to read a tape measure, calipers, micrometers; knowledge about measurement and test equipment, Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.WHAT YOU'LL GET
