Summary:
We are seeking a GMP Visual Inspector to perform 100% manual visual inspection of filled and sealed drug product vials in a controlled environment. Inspectors evaluate vials for particulate matter, fill accuracy, container, closure, and cosmetic defects using approved techniques and standardized lighting. All findings are documented as work is performed. No prior experience in pharmaceuticals or visual inspection required—comprehensive training is provided. Success in this role requires patience, focus, attention to detail, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
Complete all required GMP and inspection training and maintain qualification Manually inspect vials for defects and document inspection results accurately Segregate nonconforming or questionable units Adhere to all safety, handling, and GMP documentation procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Ability to follow written instructions and document results in English Good attention to detail and vision (20/20 near acuity with or without correction and color distinction) Reliable attendance and ability to work variable shifts (

Preferred:
Experience in inspection, manufacturing, or other detail-oriented work is a plus but not required.
