Job Description

Kalwall Enterprises Inc. Kalwall is seeking an in-process Quality Inspector to help ensure our products meet company quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves inspecting materials and finished products, identifying quality concerns, and working with production teams to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety. The successful candidate will consistently identify quality issues before products move to the next stage of production, maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers, and contribute to a safe and efficient manufacturing operation. Responsibilities Inspect materials and products during and after production to ensure they meet quality requirements. Check for visual defects, damage, inconsistencies, and other quality issues. Verify that products meet specifications related to size, thickness, appearance, color, and overall quality. Monitor production processes and communicate any quality concerns to supervisors. Complete inspection records and maintain accurate documentation. Support inspections of additional products as needed. Assist with production-related activities when workloads require additional support. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to identify defects or inconsistencies in materials and finished products. Basic recordkeeping and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and able to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
