About the Role Bow Auto Parts is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our fast-paced, growing operation. This is a full-time position working in our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled warehouse (heat & air conditioning). Key Responsibilities Process used auto parts orders: pick/pull, clean, prep, and package Handle shipping & receiving (UPS, freight trucks, customer pickups/drop-offs) Process returns and core parts Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Stock and put away used parts removed by the dismantling department Assist other departments as needed Preferred Experience (Big Plus!) Delivery experience with a medical card (ability to serve as backup delivery driver) Automotive experience (backup yard parts puller ) Automotive or mechanical experience to assist the dismantling department What We're Looking For Ability to juggle a large workload in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to quality control and organization Willingness to grow with the company Automotive, mechanical, or delivery experience is a huge plus Requirements (Must Have) Professional quality control experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Clean, organized, and detail-oriented Drug-free Ability to lift 50-75 lbs Pay & Benefits $20-$22/hour , starting pay based on experience and ability to fill in other roles Medical & Dental (Bow Auto Parts pays 2/3 of the family plan ) Vision insurance 401(k) with 3% company match Paid major holidays Paid vacation time Why Bow Auto Parts?
