Job Summary We are seeking a Quality Inspector I to support quality control and inspection activities within its precast concrete manufacturing operation. The position will be responsible for inspecting products throughout the production process, ensuring finished precast components meet established quality standards, specifications, and project requirements. Key Responsibilities Inspect precast concrete products during and after manufacturing. Verify dimensions, finishes, embeds, openings, reinforcement and other product details against drawings and specifications. Identify defects, deviations, or quality issues and communicate them to production personnel. Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records. Assist with corrective actions and follow-up inspections. Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality concerns. Perform routine measurements and visual inspections using appropriate inspection tools. Ensure products meet company, customer, project, and applicable industry requirements. Follow established safety and quality procedures. Maintain a clean and organized inspection/work area. Preferred Background Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, construction, concrete, precast, or related environments . Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, specifications, and measurements . Strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment. Ability to use basic measuring and inspection equipment. Good written and verbal communication skills. Construction materials or precast concrete experience would be a plus.

Pay:

$24.54 - $30.00 per hour
