Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Read and comprehend blueprints and drawings, use appropriate measuring equipment in order to verify manufacturing is to customer specification Inspect and test product at various stages of the production process while evaluating statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability Generates job specific inspection documentation and assembles completed job packet Recommends modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability Propose and drive improvements to the Quality Management System adhering to policies and procedures

Qualification/Requirements:

Manufacturing - Machine Shop Experience Thorough Understanding and Ability to Read / Interpret Blueprints Conceptual Skills, Process Improvement, Verbal Communication, Functional and Technical Skills, Tooling, Coordination Measurement Equipment Comprehension (Calipers, Micrometers, CMM, Optical Comparator, Indicators) Computer Skills such as Word and Excel a plus Self-Motivated, Willing to Grow with
