This role requires strong leadership and a thorough understanding of bakery processes to manage schedules, supervise staff, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards. Responsibilities Develop and manage production schedules to meet demand and deadlines Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods Ensure consistent product quality through rigorous quality control measures Supervise and support bakery staff to optimize productivity Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of bakery equipment Enforce health and safety standards in accordance with regulations Manage production costs and optimize resource utilization Conduct staff training to improve skills and maintain standards Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in bakery production English language proficiency is required
