First Priority Group is a diversified manufacturer, dealer, upfitter and service provider of emergency and specialty vehicles seeking a Quality Control Specialist to support our customers at our 75,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art production facility in Lakewood, New Jersey, offering the opportunity to be part of an exciting period of growth and expansion for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough quality control inspections on ambulance remounts and new ambulance builds throughout the production process. Perform final inspections prior to delivery to ensure vehicles meet customer specifications, industry standards and company quality benchmarks. Verify compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and safety requirements (including OEM and KKK-related items where applicable). Record, organize, store and distribute all quality control documentation for each job, including inspection checklists, reports, photos, and approvals. Maintain accurate digital and physical QC records for service calls, remounts, and new builds. Assist with continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues and recommending process enhancements. Complete incoming vehicle inspections, documenting existing conditions, damage and key components prior to production. Photograph incoming and outgoing vehicles, maintaining organized visual records for internal tracking and customer documentation. Collaborate with production, service, and management teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
