is seeking an experienced, motivated, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Food Sales Representative to help expand our wholesale business, develop new accounts, and grow relationships with our existing customers. Sales Experience & Requirements We are specifically looking for candidates with previous experience in food retail, food distribution, or food sales .

Requirements:

Bilingual

• must be able to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish Previous experience in food sales and/or food retail Experience selling food products to distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, grocery chains, foodservice companies, or similar businesses Strong understanding of the food retail and distribution industry Previous B2B sales experience Experience prospecting and developing new customer accounts Comfortable making cold calls, sending sales emails, following up with leads, and scheduling customer meetings Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and consistently follow up with customers Experience working with food brokers, supermarket buyers, or purchasing departments is a plus Existing relationships within the food distribution, supermarket, grocery, or foodservice industry are a strong plus Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new wholesale customers and distributors Prospect for wholesale distributors, food distributors, supermarket chains, grocery retailers, food brokers, and foodservice companies Contact potential customers through phone calls, emails, networking, referrals, and direct outreach Present Fernando's Bakery and our bakery product lines to prospective customers Introduce new products and items to existing customers to increase sales and expand product placement Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts Follow up on leads, product samples, pricing requests, proposals, and potential orders Communicate product pricing, specifications, packaging, and other sales information to customers Identify new territories and market opportunities for Fernando's Bakery products Maintain organized records of customer contacts, leads, follow-ups, and sales activity Provide management with regular updates regarding sales opportunities, new accounts, customer feedback, and market activity Communicate effectively with English•and Spanish-speaking customers and business partners Compensation & Benefits 3% Sales Commission 7 Days Paid Time Off (PTO) Company-provided work laptop Opportunity to develop new territories and customer accounts Opportunity for long-term growth with an established wholesale bakery manufacturer About Fernando's Bakery Inc.
