Job Description

LightUp Your World Inc. is a non-for-profit outreach agency authorized by the State of New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (NJDCA) to help ensure clients gain access to USF and LIHEAP grants by applying online. Our purpose is to assist qualified residents from Gloucester, Cumberland, Salem, Burlington, Camden, and Bergen counties who may be struggling with their home energy bills. As an outreach agency, our responsibility is to identify, inform, and assist clients process and complete their applications. Due to an increase in client base, we require personnel to fill the position of Quality Assurance Specialist Duties Review & adjudicate applications in the CRM Work on all applications from assigned county in the CRM Review and adjudicate emergency applications Collaborate with Customer Service Specialist to resolve issues pertaining to application Prompt submission of reports and reviews Verify client's information on Java to avoid duplication of benefits / applications Complete ALL assigned applications for current season in CRM Address & resolve any requests given from management as needed Experience Previous experience with CRM is preferred but not mandatory Excellent analytical skills. Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly. This is a rewarding opportunity.
