We are currently hiring Quality Assurance Associates for a fast-paced meat packaging facility in Budd Lake, NJ. Job Responsibilities Perform quality checks throughout the production and packaging process Inspect meat products, packaging, labels, and dates to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards Monitor production areas to ensure adherence to company procedures, GMP regulations, and sanitation requirements Complete quality documentation, reports, and production records accurately Identify and communicate quality concerns, safety issues, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors Verify proper packaging materials are being used for each product Ensure compliance with food safety, quality control, hygiene, and PPE requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment Work closely with production staff to ensure all products meet company and customer standards Requirements Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Previous Quality Assurance, Quality Control, food production, meat processing, or warehouse experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated production environment Must be comfortable working in a refrigerated facility and moderate to high noise levels Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards Must be reliable with excellent attendance Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Must be able to pass a drug screening Must be available to work Monday through Friday and mandatory Saturdays What We Offer $16.50/hour Consistent first-shift schedule (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) Overtime opportunities through mandatory Saturday work Steady, ongoing employment Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive bilingual work environment Ready to Apply?
