We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Inspector to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You won't just be checking boxes; you'll be the crucial last line of defense, safeguarding the reputation and performance of our products.

What You'll Be Doing:

Be the

Expert:

Perform detailed dimensional, visual, and functional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.

Identify & Document:

Accurately document inspection results, record non-conformances, and initiate corrective actions. Your clear communication will be key to process improvement!

Maintain Standards:

Ensure all operations strictly adhere to company quality manuals, technical specifications, and regulatory standards.

Drive Excellence:

Champion a culture of quality throughout the facility, always looking for ways to improve inspection methods and processes. Must be able to lift up to 50LBS location: Tinton Falls, NJ work hours: 07:30 AM - 03:30 PM dress code: Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
