Job Description

We are a leading staffing company seeking a detail-oriented QC/Packaging Technician to join a dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring product quality and packaging compliance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining high standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements / Responsibilities
Conduct quality control inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Monitor packaging processes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Document inspection results and report any discrepancies or quality issues. Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve packaging defects. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area. Assist in training new team members on quality and packaging procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in quality control or packaging is a plus. Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting. Knowledge of quality control principles and packaging equipment. 21+ and ability to obtain a state badge Job Details / Duties Perform routine quality checks on packaging materials and finished products. Verify that packaging meets specified standards for labeling, sealing, and presentation. Record and maintain accurate quality documentation. Assist with inventory management of packaging supplies. Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on packaging processes.
