Newark, NJ 07104
Pay:
$17.50/hr.
Schedule:
1st Shift 8AM-4PM M-F

•PRT Staffing is looking for dependable Entry-Level Line Sorter/Quality Check Associate to join our clients team in Newark, NJ. If you enjoy hands on work, solving problems, and making sure products meet high quality standards, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will help ensure products meet customer expectations by inspecting, sorting, and documenting quality issues. Every day offers something new, and you may work in manufacturing facilities, warehouses, or other production environments based on customer needs. What You Will Do Inspect, sort, and verify products to ensure they meet quality standards Perform visual inspections and production support tasks Record inspection results and complete data entry accurately Read and follow work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines Use measuring tools, inspection equipment, and testing devices as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Complete required training and follow company policies Support additional quality related tasks as assigned What We Are Looking For Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to adapt to changing work assignments and customer locations Self motivated with excellent reliability and attendance Ability to read and follow written instructions Comfortable working in manufacturing and warehouse environments Able to pass client required screenings.
