Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to support Prudential's Chief Data & AI Office. This role sits at the intersection of data quality, data governance, Responsible AI, and technology risk management. You will be responsible for ensuring the data used across Prudential's business and AI solutions is accurate, trusted, and compliant. You'll partner with data architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to implement data quality and AI-readiness controls across data sources, products, and AI use cases. You'll help define data quality rules, thresholds, alerts, and monitoring processes, investigate data quality issues, drive remediation efforts, and support the automation of governance controls. You'll also work closely with Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Security teams to ensure governance requirements are consistently applied and audit-ready. This role is highly hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys improving data quality, implementing controls, and helping scale Responsible AI and governance practices across the organization. https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- Strong experience in data quality, data governance, data management, data architecture, technology controls, and/or Responsible AI operations within a large enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of enterprise data architecture, including data modeling, metadata, data lineage, data products, data contracts, access controls, and cloud/lakehouse data platforms.
- Hands-on experience designing and reviewing conceptual, logical, physical, dimensional, and semantic data models.
- Strong knowledge of data quality frameworks, including profiling, rule development, observability, anomaly detection, issue management, remediation, and quality scorecards.
- Experience implementing and automating data quality and governance controls within data pipelines, platforms, workflows, and CI/CD processes.
- Understanding of AI/ML and Responsible AI principles, including data traceability, model governance, monitoring, privacy considerations, and AI data readiness.
- Ability to translate governance policies, regulatory requirements, and control expectations into practical requirements, testing procedures, and operational processes. Strong experience developing and monitoring metrics, dashboards, and reporting related to data quality, control effectiveness, incidents, exceptions, and remediation efforts.
- Experience working in a regulated industry such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
- Experience with Data Quality, Data Governance, Responsible AI, AI Governance, Model Risk, Technology Risk, or Operational Risk frameworks, including designing DQ rules, control frameworks, certification processes, automated testing, and AI data readiness controls.
- Experience with data quality, observability, metadata/catalog, lineage, workflow, and reporting tools.
