Reports To:

District Testing Coordinator Compensation A stipend of $1700.00 will be provided to each participating staff member through applicable Federal Funds (Title I). Six (6) positions are available. ( Account #: 20-231-200-100-000-012) Position Summary The Testing Coordinator supports the planning, organization, and administration of all district and state assessments to ensure testing is conducted efficiently, securely, and in compliance with state and district requirements. Essential Responsibilities Attend all required district and state testing trainings. Meet regularly with the Assistant Superintendent and District Testing Coordinator. Develop and coordinate school testing schedules. Print and distribute testing tickets and organize testing materials. Coordinate testing logistics with the Director of Technology. Train teachers and testing staff on testing procedures and protocols. Monitor testing readiness and assist with troubleshooting during testing windows. Ensure compliance with all state and district testing procedures and security requirements. Perform other duties related to assessment coordination as assigned. Qualifications Valid New Jersey Teaching Certificate required. Experience administering state assessments preferred. Strong organizational, communication, technology, and problem-solving skills.
