This is a great opportunity for an experienced baker who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership role. Schedule:

Prepare a variety of recipes according to our in-house specifications and ensure the team is following recipes, procedures, and quality standards consistently. Review production priorities at the start of each shift and ensure all assigned production is completed accurately and on time. Monitor finished products for quality, consistency, accuracy, and presentation. Help train and onboard new baking team members and reinforce proper techniques and procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen throughout the shift. Our standards for clean are high! Ensure proper food handling, food safety, labeling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed by the entire team. Oversee end-of-shift cleaning, organization, storage, and closing procedures, ensuring the kitchen is properly reset and ready for the next day's production. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment with a high level of care and ensure team members are doing the same. Identify production needs, ingredient shortages, equipment issues, or other challenges and communicate them proactively to kitchen management. Assist with inventory management, restocking, and minimizing waste. Help foster a positive, productive team environment and set the tone for professionalism, teamwork, urgency, and attention to detail. Contribute to the development and testing of new menu items.
Requirements:
Previous professional baking or production kitchen experience required. Previous leadership, shift lead, or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Consistent availability to work the Weekday 2:00 PM-10:00 PM second shift . Strong baking and culinary skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to confidently direct and support a team while also working hands-on alongside them. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize production needs in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures. Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed. If you are passionate about baking, take pride in doing things the right way, and are excited about helping lead a growing production team, we would love to hear from you.
