Job Description

Quality Engineering Technician Location:
Wall Township, NJ Pay:
$22/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30
PM Type:
Temp-to-Perm Job Summary:
Support the Quality Engineering team with day-to-day quality activities, including investigations, calibration, documentation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role works closely with Quality Engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure products and processes meet quality and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Support investigations involving Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), calibration issues, and customer complaints Assist with CAPA, validation protocols, and continuous improvement projects Perform gage R&R testing, data analysis, and quality reporting Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T Maintain accurate quality documentation and support SOP/procedure updates Assist with CMM programming, SPC templates, and calibration metrics Provide training to team members on quality-related processes Follow all GMP, SOP, FDA, ISO, and company quality requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required 5+ years of relevant quality/manufacturing experience Strong technical writing, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of GD&T and good documentation/manufacturing practices Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities ASQ Quality Technician Certification is a plus FDA/ISO experience is a plus
Pay Details:
