Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols. Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met. Perform dimensional inspections using micrometers, gauges, and other calibrated measuring tools. Analyze inspection data and document findings, including any deviations from specifications. Recommend improvements to quality standards, processes, and procedures. Identify, segregate, and document nonconforming materials and products. Determine acceptance or rejection of products based on established quality requirements. Conduct quality audits and inspections to verify compliance with company standards. Maintain accurate inspection records and upload documentation as required. Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities.

Requirements:

2-3 years experience in manufacturing facility Working knowledge of calibrated test tools and equipment. Ability to read rulers on 1/8th, 1/16th, 1/32nd, and 1/64th scales. Proficiency with metric and standard measurement tools. Ability to use micrometers, verniers, and calipers. Strong record-keeping and computer skills. Detail-oriented. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
