This position is designed for someone looking to start a career in the automotive industry with room to grow into a Technician role . This role does not involve performing actual vehicle repairs . The focus is on assisting technicians, performing quality control checks, ensuring vehicles are properly set up, and delivering a positive customer experience. A valid, clean driver's license is required , as test drives and vehicle movement are part of the job. Responsibilities Assist technicians during repairs (non-repair role) Perform quality control inspections on completed technician repairs Test drive vehicles to verify proper operation and customer satisfaction Check, adjust, and top off fluids Check and adjust tire pressures Set up vehicles for service and delivery Assist technicians with parts by locating, staging, and preparing parts for repairs Perform photo inspections and document vehicle condition Run vehicle scans as instructed Organize the shop lot and manage vehicle flow Perform minor vehicle cleaning as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and work areas Support a professional and positive customer experience Requirements Entry-level position — no prior professional experience required Valid, clean driver's license (required) Ability to safely operate customer vehicles Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and take direction Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment What We Offer On-the-job training Clear path for advancement into a Technician position Competitive pay based on experience Stable, supportive team environment
