Final Inspector Join a growing manufacturing team in Carson City! We are seeking a detail-oriented Final Inspector to perform quality inspections on machined components and finished products, ensuring all parts meet customer specifications and company quality standards before shipment. Schedule Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Four 10-hour shifts per week Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Position Summary The Final Inspector is responsible for conducting visual and dimensional inspections of machined components, verifying product quality, and ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform final visual and dimensional inspections on machined parts and finished products. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and inspection plans.

Use precision measuring instruments including:

Calipers Micrometers Height gauges Bore gauges Thread gauges Verify measurements, tolerances, and product specifications. Complete inspection reports and quality documentation accurately. Identify and document non-conforming materials or products. Communicate quality concerns and work with production teams to resolve issues. Ensure inspected products are properly labeled, packaged, and released for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, machining, or quality inspection experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of precision measuring equipment. Understanding of GD&T is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic computer skills for documentation and recordkeeping. Ability to stand, walk, and work on the production floor for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds as needed. What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual attendance.
