In this role, you'll help maintain the standards, processes, and accountability that keep inventory show-ready while supporting operational efficiency, equipment traceability, and successful project execution. What You'll Do Drive Quality and Readiness Ensure LED and related equipment is properly prepared, inspected, tested, and ready to meet customer requirements. Maintain quality assurance standards and equipment traceability throughout the preparation process. Complete inspection and documentation processes to verify compliance with quality standards. Support Operational Excellence Assist with planning daily priorities, including show preparation, client demonstrations, organization, and workflow coordination. Help train and support team members while promoting consistent work quality and best practices. Communicate effectively across departments to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines. Resolve Equipment Challenges Review technical requirements, documentation, and drawings to verify system readiness. Identify equipment availability concerns and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. Work with engineering and operations teams to address equipment issues and support order fulfillment timelines. Maintain Inventory Accuracy Organize inventory and support efficient warehouse storage and equipment management practices. Track inventory availability and help maintain accurate inventory records. Support warehouse operations and assist with customer and internal equipment requests as needed. What You Bring 3 to 5 years of hands-on audiovisual experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Adaptability and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. A commitment to safety and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and CAD drawings. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
