Job Description

Abacus is looking to hire a Product Integrity Lead in the Las Vegas, NV area. The Garment Product Integrity Lead is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance of the specifications of garment construction. This role ensures that all garments meet company standards and specifications, maintaining high levels of quality throughout the inspection process. Qualifications Previous experiences in garment/sewing inspection. Must know how to measure and inspect high-end garments. Must know how to measure in inches. Responsible for implementing and monitoring inspection team. Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards for garment production. Spec garments to confirm they achieve the target measurement. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Excellent communication, and organizational skills Ability/willingness to learn new skills/processes and improve current skill. Conduct a Quality Control inspection 2.5 - 1.5 AQL for each purchase order (ASN) Work with the team daily to call out any production issues. Notify production Manager/ Supervisor if any production is not meeting quality expectations. ASN AQL inspection reports Requested

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in textile, or fashion design. Experience in textile factories or weaving companies. Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. 1st shift $22hr 2nd shift $23hr
